LEG ARMOUR FOR WOMEN SO THEY CAN GO TO THE BATHROOM

LEG ARMOUR FOR WOMEN SO THEY CAN GO TO THE BATHROOM (Pissable Leg Armour) that can be built in 4 hours and costs less than $20 and fits the physique of a woman and will reduce bruising.

By Lady Bolverk

I wanted to design a suit of leg armour that was VERY protective, very comfortable to wear, quick to put on and take off, and most importantly …. wearable when going to the outhouse. I wanted something that a woman would not have to remove after 4 coffees and a long Invocation at Crown. I wanted something that a woman could squat by the side of the woods during a 4 hour Antir West War. I wanted something that a woman could wander into the washroom at a demo and conveniently divest yourself of that 3rd beer. This armour has passed field test in all three places.

Women are built a little different than men and their leg armour should reflect that. There are parts that need a little more padding such as the sharp hip bone that inevitable gets hit…again….and again. Bruises behind the leg, simply because (maybe only for us older women) the flesh there may just be more ‘wobbly’ and is an especially annoying place to carry bruises all week so these have good back leg armour. Also, this armour is very well padded (thunder thighs here we come!) and protective so you can go back to practice week after week and continue to wear shorts in the summer.

This armour has been field trialed in an Outhouse, a quiet squat in the woods, and a flushable bathroom at an indoor tourney and has passed with flying colours.

TIME and COST:

I wanted to make armour so that anyone with access to a thrift store or used sports store and a leather or recreational store (as well as about 4X4 feet of pickle barrel plastic)  could make this in about 4 hours and $20. The legs are designed to be hidden under a pair of  pants and would suit any early period  persona from before steel legs were invented to a persona that would have been too poor to afford steel legs. Finished, they look like this:

I'll post the rest when I figure out how to add pictures
